  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues & Fraud Prevention

  • Delivered Packages: Once the carrier marks an order as "delivered," it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier for any issues or discrepancies.
  • Missing Packages: If your package shows as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
  • Fraud Protection: To prevent fraudulent orders, we may verify payment information. We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if any suspicious activity is detected.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please provide photos of the damaged items and the packaging for a quicker resolution.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
